As a volunteer,
I taught kids Math and English every evening and helped them with their forthcoming exams. I even taught them art and craft- by teaching them how to draw simple things and demonstrated a few interesting DIY'S.
I also choreographed a dance for that they performed in their Annual day and even enlightened them about the culinary world and taught them how to make sandwiches and cakes. Lastly I played games with them, distributed chocolates ,books, pouches and CD's.

SPASTIC SOCIETY OF KARNATAKA
Spastic Society of Karnataka is is a non-governmental organization that focusses on the welfare and progress of those with developmental disabilities. I interned there for 2 months as a teaching assistant and taught the kids different disciplines and activities.
Though the internship was remote, 3 other girls and I interned, and we as a team brainstormed various strategies everyday to augment the learning process and to make it interesting and make the most of it despite the restrictions the online mode posed.
